jennipoo81: Hi, my name is Jennifer. I had struggled with my health for many years. When the Dr. finally put a name to it, PCOS, and wanted to prescribe drugs to help me deal with the symptoms I decided to try the natural path first. I did my first Whole 30 in January 2012 and have been following the Paleo lifestyle ever since. That first 30 day challenge CHANGED MY LIFE in so many ways and gave me the strength and excitement to take on more challenges in my life. I feel like the luckiest girl...I love my Lord, my hubby, my family,my friends and my life!
